Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with no signs of wear, washing, or damage. All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

Action: Please contact us within 48 hours. We will cover the full cost of return shipping. We offer a fast replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Contact Support: Send an email to airblockservice@outlook.com with your Order Number and the reason for return. (Please attach clear photos if the item is defective).
Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions.
Arrange Shipping: For eligible returns, we will provide a Prepaid Shipping Label or coordinate a courier pickup. You will not be charged for return shipping.
Send the Package: Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier.
Inspection Period: We will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Refund Method: Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 10 business days. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, please check with your bank or contact us for a transaction reference number.
